1. PAN Card of Directors and Shareholders

4. Registered Office Address Proof
- For the company’s office location, you will need:
- Utility Bill (not older than 2 months)
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the property owner
- Rent Agreement (if the office space is rented)
5. Photographs of Directors and Shareholders
- Recent passport-sized photographs of all directors and shareholders should be provided.
6. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
- A Digital Signature Certificate is mandatory for all directors to file documents electronically with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
7. Director Identification Number (DIN)
