  • Organization-based Digital Signature Certificate

  • Updated Import Export Code (IEC)

  • Purchase bill with details of quantity, origin of raw materials, and consumables used
  • Manufacturer Exporter Declaration on the company’s letterhead

Process for APTA Registration


  • Account ID Creation: Set up an account using the organization-based Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
  • Online Application: Submit the online application for the Certificate of Origin (CoO).
  • Form Completion: Fill out the form with the required details.
  • Document Upload: Upload the necessary supporting documents.
  • Issuance of APTA Certificate: Once verified, the APTA Certificate is issued.
